This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We process your data in line with the GDPR.

What we collect. Account details (email, alias, date of birth), profile content, messages, and — when you grant permission — your location (used to show nearby bubbles and to determine whether you are inside one).

Location & presence. Your live presence is shared with other users while you participate. You can turn on Invisible mode in Settings to stop sharing your presence and activity.

Your rights. You can access and export your data, and delete your account, from within the app. To exercise other GDPR rights, contact us.

Push notifications & marketing. Notifications and marketing communications are opt-in and can be changed in Settings.
